Provided such payment is made, this paragraph describes the sole remedy available to the Purchaser and its assignees regarding any such Breach, regardless of whether it constitutes a Material Breach, and the Mortgage Loan Seller shall not be obligated to repurchase or otherwise cure such Breach.
