Notwithstanding the notice periods set forth in Section 3.04, in no event shall Buyer be required to return the Mortgage Asset File related to any Purchased Asset repurchased in total by Seller prior to the later of (x) the third Business Day following the date on which Buyer and Custodian receive written notice of such repurchase request and (y) one (1) Business Day after the related Repurchase Date.

Mortgage Asset File. The meaning set forth in Section 3.3(e) hereof.
