Except with respect to a Mortgage Loan that is part of a Whole Loan, each Mortgage Loan is a whole loan and not a participation interest in a mortgage loan.
The parties acknowledge that pursuant to the applicable Non-Serviced PSA, the applicable Non-Serviced Master Servicer is obligated to make servicing advances with respect to the related Non-Serviced Whole Loan.
