MLS Provider definition

MLS Provider means a shareholder Association providing MLS Services. Each MLS Provider shall comply with the written NTREIS MLS Provider Services and Responsibilities Policy as adopted by the Directors and as amended from time to time, including providing of minimum training requirements.

  • If the Listing Participant fails to report the closing of a sale or lease within the required seventh-two (72) hour period, the MLS Provider may report the data if necessary written documentation is provided by the Other Participant.
