Misuse of Alcohol definition

Misuse of Alcohol means to consume ethyl, methyl or isopropyl alcohol in violation of this Article.
Misuse of Alcohol means the use or possession of ethyl, methyl or isopropyl alcohol in the workplace, or testing positive (as defined in paragraph (e)) for the presence of alcohol in an employee’s system while at work.
