Mineral Activity definition

Mineral Activity is defined in clause (c) of Section 7.2.18.
Mineral Activity means the Prospecting, Exploration, Exploitation, Processing, Transformation, transportation, export, marketing or sale of Mineral Substances whether under or on the surface of the Earth or in its water courses.

More Definitions of Mineral Activity

Mineral Activity means various activities related to prospecting, exploration, mining and mineral processing;
Mineral Activity means exploration (including all seismic operations), production, transportation (of equipment or product), and any other activity associated with the production of oil and gas.
