Hazardous Activity definition

Hazardous Activity means the distribution, generation, handling, importing, management, manufacturing, processing, production, refinement, Release, storage, transfer, transportation, treatment or use (including any withdrawal or other use of groundwater) of Hazardous Material in, on, under, about or from any of the Facilities or any part thereof into the Environment and any other act, business, operation or thing that increases the danger, or risk of danger, or poses an unreasonable risk of harm, to persons or property on or off the Facilities.
Hazardous Activity means the distribution, generation, handling, importing, management, manufacturing, processing, production, refinement, Release, storage, transfer, transportation, treatment, or use (including any withdrawal or other use of groundwater) of Hazardous Materials in, on, under, about, or from the Facilities or any part thereof into the Environment, and any other act, business, operation, or thing that increases the danger, or risk of danger, or poses an unreasonable risk of harm to persons or property on or off the Facilities, or that may affect the value of the Facilities or the Company.
Hazardous Activity means any activity, process, procedure or undertaking which directly or indirectly (i) procures, generates or creates any Hazardous Substance; (ii) causes or results in (or threatens to cause or result in) the release, seepage, spill, leak, flow, discharge or emission of any Hazardous Substance into the environment (including the air, ground water, watercourses or water systems), (iii) involves the containment or storage of any Hazardous Substance; or (iv) would cause any of the Leased Premises or any portion thereof to become a hazardous waste treatment, recycling, reclamation, processing, storage or disposal facility within the meaning of any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Activity means any activity in which one or more hazardous substances are present or may be present in quantities at or in excess of the threshold quantities listed in Annex I hereto, and which is capable of causing transboundary effects;
