Hazardous Material Activity definition

Hazardous Material Activity means any activity, event or occurrence involving a Hazardous Material, including, without limitation, the manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, remediation, handling of or corrective or response action to any Hazardous Material.

Hazardous Material Activity means the transportation, transfer, recycling, storage, use, treatment, manufacture, removal, remediation, release, exposure of others to, sale, labeling, or distribution of any Hazardous Material or any product or waste containing a Hazardous Material, or product manufactured with ozone depleting substances, including, any required labeling, payment of waste fees or charges (including so-called e-waste fees) and compliance with any recycling, product take-back or product content requirements.

Hazardous Material Activity means any activity, event or occurrence involving a Hazardous Material, including the manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, remediation, handling of or corrective or response action to any Hazardous Material.

Examples of Hazardous Material Activity in a sentence

• As used in this Lease, “Environmental Law” means any federal, state, or local law, ordinance, order, rule, regulation, code, or any governmental restriction, requirement, permit, license, certificate, decision or other governmental action in connection with any Hazardous Material or any Hazardous Material Activity.

• The provisions of this Section 8.2 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease and Lessee’s obligations hereunder shall apply whenever the Lessor incurs any cost or liability for any Hazardous Material Activity of Lessee or any other acts or omissions of Lessee of the types described in Section 8.1 of this Lease above.

• Section 5.23(c) of the Disclosure Schedule accurately describes all of the Environmental Permits currently held by the LLC and its subsidiaries and relating to the Business and the listed Environmental Permits are all of the Environmental Permits necessary for the continued conduct of any Hazardous Material Activity of the LLC and its subsidiaries relating to the Business as such activities are currently being conducted.

• The provisions of this Section 8.2 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease and Lessee’s obligations hereunder shall apply whenever the Village incurs any cost or liability for any Hazardous Material Activity of Lessee or any other acts or omissions of Lessee of the types described in Section 8.1 of this Lease above.

• Governmental Entity in effect prior to or as of the date hereof to prohibit, regulate or control Hazardous Materials or any Hazardous Material Activity.

Hazardous Material Activity means the transportation, transfer, recycling, storage, use, treatment, manufacture, removal, remediation, release, labeling, exposure of others to, sale, or distribution of any Hazardous Material or any product or waste containing a Hazardous Material, including, without limitation, compliance with any registration, recycling, product take-back or product content requirements, including without limitation and, solely to the extent required under applicable Legal Requirements, the European Union directives on the restriction on the use of hazardous material in electrical and electronic equipment (or ROHS Directive 2011/65/EU), the waste electrical and electronic equipment directive (or WEEE Directive 2012/12/EU), and China’s Management Methods on the Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products (or China ROHS).

Hazardous Material Activity means any actual, proposed or threatened storage, holding, existence, release, emission, discharge, generation, processing, abatement, removal, disposition, handling or transportation or any Hazardous Materials from, under into or on the Project or surrounding property.

Hazardous Material Activity means the recycling, storage, use, treatment, manufacture, removal, remediation, release, exposure of others to, sale, including, any required labeling, payment of waste fees or charges (including so-called e-waste fees) and compliance with any recycling, product take-back or product content requirements.

Hazardous Material Activity means any past, current, proposed or threatened activity, event or occurrence involving any Hazardous Material, including the use, manufacture, possession, storage, holding, presence, existence, location, Release, threatened Release, discharge, placement, generation, transportation, processing, construction, treatment, abatement, removal, remediation, disposal, disposition or handling of any Hazardous Material, and any corrective action or response action with respect to any of the foregoing.

Hazardous Material Activity means the transportation, transfer, recycling, storage, use, labeling, treatment, manufacture, removal, disposal, remediation, release, exposure of others to, sale, distribution, import, or export of any Hazardous Materials or any product containing Hazardous Materials.
