Regulated Activity means each of the activities listed in Article (3)

• The Recipient shall not employ or use the services of any person who is barred from, or whose previous conduct or records indicate that they would not be suitable to carry out activities with children, vulnerable adults and/or Regulated Activity or who may otherwise present a risk to children or vulnerable adults.

• B8.2 The Contractor will comply with the requirements of the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (as amended by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 and any other subsequent relevant legislation) in respect of such employees and volunteers that work in a Regulated Activity.

Regulated Activity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.21(e).

Regulated Activity means any activity that is carried on by way of a business requiring licensing or other authority under any provision of this Act, regulations or orders made thereunder;

Regulated Activity means each of those Match activities detailed in Regulation 3; and

Regulated Activity means a service provided by a utility or other person, the rates and charges of which are regulated by the commission;

Regulated Activity means an activity specified in the Second Schedule;
