Regulated Activity definition

Regulated Activity means any generation, treatment, storage, recycling, transportation, disposal or release of any Hazardous Substances.
Regulated Activity in relation to children, has the meaning given in Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Xxx 0000, and in relation to vulnerable adults, has the meaning in Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Xxx 0000;
Regulated Activity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.21(e).

Examples of Regulated Activity in a sentence

  • Provided that an Authorised Person carries out the Regulated Activity of Dealing in Investments as Agent in a manner that is wholly incidental to the activity of Managing an Investment Fund or Managing Assets, the Authorised Person shall be regarded as falling within Category 3C.

  • Guidance An Authorised Person in Category 4 may not be authorised to conduct any other Regulated Activity beyond those listed in Rule 1.3.6(a); if it were so authorised it would belong to another Category.


More Definitions of Regulated Activity

Regulated Activity means each of the activities listed in Article (3)
