Mental health benefits means benefits with respect to services for mental health conditions as defined under the terms of this Plan and in accordance with any applicable Federal and State Law.

Mental health benefits means benefits with respect to mental health services, as defined under the terms of a group health plan or a health benefit plan offered in connection with the group health plan.
