In addition, Zai shall make available to TPTX such additional information about its Commercialization activities as may be reasonably requested by TPTX from time to time. All updates and reports generated pursuant to this Section 8.3 shall be the Confidential Information of Zai.

Examples of additional terms and conditions include: • Expedited delivery timeframe; • Additional incentives, such as discount for expedited payment/Procurement Card use; and • Any additional requirements imposed by the funding source or Federal law.
