Meeting Provisions definition

Meeting Provisions means the provisions for the convening of meetings of, and passing of resolutions by, Holders set out in Schedule 2 of the Deed Poll.

Meeting Provisions means the provisions of the meetings of Noteholders set out in Schedule 1 to these Conditions and as referred to in Condition 12.1 (Meeting of the Noteholders).

Related to Meeting Provisions

  • meeting of shareholders means an annual meeting of shareholders or a special meeting of shareholders;

  • physical meeting means a general meeting held and conducted by physical attendance and participation by shareholders and/or proxies at the Principal Meeting Place and/or where applicable, one or more Meeting Locations;

  • Meeting Fees means fees for attending a meeting of the Board or one of its Committees as set forth in Section 5.3 hereof.
