Master Certificate. MEANS THE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 22-60.5-202 AND THE IMPLEMENTING RULES OF THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION, WHICH RECOGNIZES PROFESSIONAL TEACHER LICENSEES WHO ARE INVOLVED IN ONGOING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING AND WHO HAVE ADVANCED COMPETENCIES OR EXPERTISE OR WHO HAVE DEMONSTRATED OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS.
Master Certificate means this contract, MCIP, Individual CIP, any endorsement, any annexure, and any amendment to it that is signed by Our authorised officer.
Master Certificate shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.03 hereof.

Related to Master Certificate

  • Buyer Certificate means a certificate to the effect that each of the conditions specified in clauses (a) through (c) (insofar as clause (c) relates to Legal Proceedings involving the Buyer) of Section 5.2 is satisfied in all respects.
