Class A-R Certificate. The Class A-R Certificate as designated on the face thereof executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B, evidencing the ownership of the sole class ofresidual interest” in each REMIC created hereunder and representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein.

  • Any distribution of the proceeds of any remaining assets of the Trust Fund will be made only upon presentment and surrender of this Class A-R Certificate at the Corporate Trust Office or the office or agency maintained by the Trustee in New York, New York.

  • Each Certificate, other than the Class A-R Certificate, will represent ownership of one or more regular interests in the Master REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

More Definitions of Class A-R Certificate

Class A-R Certificate. The Class A-R Certificate executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee, which represents the Residual Interest, substantially in the form of the Class A-R Certificate set forth in Exhibit F hereto.
Class A-R Certificate. The Certificate executed by the Trust Administrator and authenticated by the Trust Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-R and Exhibit C hereto.
