Servicing Certificate definition

Servicing Certificate. A certificate completed and executed by a Servicing Officer on behalf of the Master Servicer in accordance with Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement.
Servicing Certificate. A certificate prepared by a Servicing Officer on behalf of the Master Servicer in accordance with Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement.
