Upper-Tier Certificate definition

Upper-Tier Certificate. Any one of the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-LR Certificate) and the Class B Certificates.
Upper-Tier Certificate. Any one of the Senior Certificates (other than the Class 1-A-LR Certificate) and the Subordinate Certificates.

Upper-Tier Certificate. Any one of the Class A Certificates (other than the Class I-A-MR and Class I-A-LR Certificates), the Class M Certificates and the Class B Certificates. Upper-tier Certificate Account: The trust account established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01(e).
