Transfer Certificate definition

Transfer Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Form of Transfer Certificate) or any other form agreed between the Agent and the Borrower.
Transfer Certificate has the meaning given in Clause 26.2;
Transfer Certificate means a certificate in an approved form providing details of insured persons, policy held, and benefits paid. This is supplied by the previous health insurer.

  • The Agent, acting solely for this purpose as a non-fiduciary agent of the Borrower, shall maintain at one of its offices a copy of each Transfer Certificate or Assignment Agreement delivered to it and a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Lenders, and the Commitments of, and principal amounts (and stated interest) of the Loans owing to, each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the “Register”).

Transfer Certificate means a certificate in an approved form providing details of insured persons, membership held, and benefits paid issued under section 99-1 of the Private Health Insurance Act to another health insurance fund.
