Manufacturing Process Instructions definition

Manufacturing Process Instructions means Solectron’s written manufacturing floor instructions which incorporate Trimble requirements, Design Specifications, Manufacturing Specifications, Manufacturing Standards, and other critical information used in the manufacture of Trimble Products.

  • Any QT Products that Freedom Ventures manufactures shall be in compliance with those certain Standard Test Methods and Manufacturing Process Instructions, as may be delivered and updated from time to time by QT (the “Quality Standards”).

  • Detailed manufacturing or process data means technical data that describe the steps, sequences, and conditions of manufacturing, processing or assembly used by the manufacturer to produce an item or component or to perform a process.

  • Technical Agreement means any technical or quality agreements signed by You (or Your Affiliate) and RB (or RB’s Affiliates) specifying technical and quality responsibilities in respect of the Output entered into prior to the date of the Order.
