LTD Disability definition

LTD Disability will mean that Executive is “Partially Disabled” or “Total Disabled” within the meaning of the Company’s current long-term disability plan (or such similar term or terms in any long-term disability plan of the Company that replaces its current long-term disability plan) and has satisfied the elimination period for benefits eligibility under such plan.
