Loyalty Subscription Program definition

Loyalty Subscription Program means any program (whether now existing or established, arising or acquired in the future) that grants members in such program access to discounted goods or services in exchange for a periodic cash payment. The Loyalty Subscription Programs in existence as of the Closing Date are listed on Schedule 1.01(c) of this Agreement.

  • For purposes hereof, “Loyalty Terms” means Loyalty Program Data, Loyalty Program Intellectual Property, Loyalty Program Revenues, Loyalty Program Agreements, Material Loyalty Program Agreements, Loyalty Revenue Advance Transaction, Loyalty Subscription Program or any similar loyalty related term.

  • Subscription Plan means a fixed term plan which relates to the Licensed Services as specified in the PGi Service Agreement

  • Subscription Amount means, as to each Purchaser, the aggregate amount to be paid for Shares and Warrants purchased hereunder as specified below such Purchaser’s name on the signature page of this Agreement and next to the heading “Subscription Amount,” in United States dollars and in immediately available funds.

  • Investor is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Offerees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(a).

  • Minimum Subsequent Subscription means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’

  • Masterworks Investor refers to an affiliate of Masterworks that has raised capital from unaffiliated third party investors to invest the proceeds in a diversified collection of artwork and which acquires Class A Ordinary Shares as part of such investment strategy.

  • Subscription Receipts means the subscription receipts of the Corporation issued to the Investor pursuant to the Master Purchase Agreement and Subscription Receipt Agreement;

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.
