Loan Disbursement Account definition

Loan Disbursement Account means the Deposit Account of the Lead Borrower identified on Schedule 2.19 to this Agreement (or such other Deposit Account of the Lead Borrower located at the Administrative Agent that has been designated as such, in writing, by the Borrowers to the Administrative Agent).

Loan Disbursement Account means the bank account opened and maintained by the Borrower with the Facility Agent prior to the first Utilisation Date under this Agreement for the purpose of the Loan to be advanced hereunder.

Loan Disbursement Account has the meaning given that term in Section 8.21.
