Collateral Account definition

Collateral Account is any Deposit Account, Securities Account, or Commodity Account.
Collateral Account any collateral account established by the Administrative Agent as provided in Section 6.1 or 6.4.
Collateral Account means a segregated account so denominated which is specifically allocated to a Series and pledged to the Custodian as security for, and in consideration of, the Custodian's issuance of (a) any Put Option guarantee letter or similar document described in paragraph 8 of Article V herein, or (b) any receipt described in Article V or VIII herein.

  • The Pledgor and the Administrative Agent shall have thirty (30) days after receipt of a statement of a Collateral Account to notify the Custodian of an error in such statement.
