In no event may any Financial Asset held in the Collateral Account be registered in the name of, payable to the order of, or specially Indorsed to, thea Borrower, unless such Financial Asset has also been Indorsed in blank or to the Securities Intermediary.
The Company shall at all times maintain each Collateral Account in its current configuration on the Fireblocks platform, including without limitation the multi-signature authorization requirements applicable thereto, and shall not modify, alter or reconfigure the signing policies, authorization requirements or access controls applicable to any Collateral Account without the prior written consent of the Secured Party.
