Collateral Account definition

Collateral Account is any Deposit Account, Securities Account, or Commodity Account.
Collateral Account any collateral account established by the Administrative Agent as provided in Section 6.1 or 6.4.
Collateral Account means any collateral account established by the Collateral Agent as provided in Section 5.1 or Section 5.3.

More Definitions of Collateral Account

Collateral Account has the meaning specified in the Security Agreement.
Collateral Account means a segregated account so denominated which is specifically allocated to a Series and pledged to the Custodian as security for, and in consideration of, the Custodian's issuance of (a) any Put Option guarantee letter or similar document described in paragraph 8 of Article V herein, or (b) any receipt described in Article V or VIII herein.
