Craft Development Contract definition

Craft Development Contract means the development contract dated on or about the date hereof and made between UC Leslieville by the Construction Receiver and Craft for the provision by Craft of the Development Services with respect to the Leslieville Project.

  • Project Contract means any agreement or agreements for the design, development, acquisition, installation, implementation and construction of all or a substantial part of the Project by and between a Contractor and the Recipient.
