Funds Account definition

Funds Account means an account held by you or any third parties maintained with any Participant.

Funds Account means a reserve and/or clearing account at a Federal Reserve Bank to which debits or cred- its are posted for transfers against pay- ment, book-entry securities trans- action fees, or principal and interest payments.
