LNG Plant definition

LNG Plant means the facility inside the battery limits of Project 4 consisting of four liquefaction units and other gas preparation and processing units that receive, prepare, and process Feed Gas to produce LNG (the LNG Plant together with the OSBL Facilities and other support facilities comprise Project 4).
LNG Plant means the Alaska LNG Project component consisting of an LNG plant facility, including the structures, equipment, underlying land rights and all other associated systems, for pre-processing and liquefaction of natural gas, and storage and off-loading of liquefied natural gas, including terminal facilities and auxiliary marine vessels.
LNG Plant or “Plant” shall mean the components required to produce LNG at the Plant Capacity required pursuant to this Sales Agreement at the LNG Plant Site.
