River means a flowing body of water or a portion or tributary of a flowing body of water, including streams, creeks, or impoundments and small lakes thereon.
Rock means the body of consolidated or partially consolidated material composed of minerals at or below the land surface. Rock includes bedrock and partially weathered rock that is hard and cannot be dug with hand tools. The upper boundary of rock is "saprolite," "soil," or the land surface.

Shutter means a device attached to the tube housing assembly which can totally intercept the useful beam and which has a lead equivalency not less than that of the tube housing assembly.
Shoreland means land, as defined in Minn. Stat. § 103F.205, subd. 4, located within 1,000 feet from the normal high water mark of a lake, pond, or flowage and 300 feet of a river or stream or the landward side of floodplain delineated by ordinance on such a river or stream, whichever is greater.
Shorelands or "shoreland areas" means those lands extending landward for two hundred feet in all directions as measured on a horizontal plane from the ordinary high water mark; floodways and contiguous floodplain areas landward two hundred feet from such floodways; and all wetlands and river deltas associated with the streams, lakes, and tidal waters which are subject to the provisions of this chapter; the same to be designated as to location by the department of ecology.
Green means products, materials, methods and processes certified by a “Green Authority” that conserve natural resources, reduce energy or water consumption, avoid toxic or other polluting emissions or otherwise minimize environmental impact.
Edge of any water means the outer edge of the water's bankfull width or, where applicable, the outer edge of the associated channel migration zone.
Camp or “camping” means to pitch, erect, create, use, or occupy camp facilities for the purposes of habitation, as evidenced by the use of camp paraphernalia.
Shoreline means the upper reaches of the wash of the waves, other than storm and seismic waves, at high tide during the season of the year in which the highest wash of the waves occurs, usually evidenced by the edge of vegetation growth, or the upper limit of debris left by the wash of the waves.
Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.
Recycling center means an establishment, place of business, facility or building which is maintained, operated, or used for the storing, keeping, buying, or selling of newspaper or used food or beverage containers or plastic containers for the purpose of converting such items into a usable product.
Bay means parking bay;
Living area means the interior habitable area of a dwelling unit, including basements and attics, but does not include a garage or any accessory structure.
Loop or "Unbundled Loop" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.1.
Waterway means any body of water.
Spring means a source of water where an aquifer comes in contact with the ground surface.
Riverine means relating to, formed by, or resembling a river (including tributaries), stream, brook, etc.
Hood means a respiratory inlet covering that completely covers the head and neck and may also cover portions of the shoulders and torso.
Ash means all species of the genus Fraxinus.

CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1, et. seq., C.R.S.
Lane means a public thoroughfare which provides a secondary means of access to a parcel or parcels and which is registered in a land titles office;
Terrace means a relatively level step constructed in the face of a graded slope surface for drainage and maintenance purposes.
Route is a transmission path between one of Qwest's Wire Centers or switches and another of Qwest's Wire Centers or Switches. A route between two (2) points (e.g., Wire Center or Switch "A" and Wire Center or Switch "Z") may pass through one (1) or more intermediate Wire Centers or Switches (e.g., Wire Center or Switch "X"). Transmission paths between identical end points (e.g., Wire Center or Switch "A" and Wire Center or Switch "Z") are the same "route," irrespective of whether they pass through the same intermediate Wire Centers or Switches, if any.
Winter means a period starting on 1st October and ending on the following 30th April;
