Limited Retirement Benefit definition

Limited Retirement Benefit means, if elected by the Sponsoring Employer in the Adoption Agreement and unless otherwise prohibited in an Individual Agreement, the benefit a Participant is permitted to begin to receive upon or following attainment of age 59½, but only if all of the Participant’s Employer Contribution Account is 100% Vested or would be 100% Vested if Severance from Employment occurred prior to distribution, or as otherwise specified in the Adoption Agreement.

Related to Limited Retirement Benefit
