Licensed Therapeutic Products definition

Licensed Therapeutic Products means Licensed Products with applications in drug delivery, human therapeutics, human prophylactics and research reagents used for the in vitro and in vivo delivery and/or uptake of any entity including, but not limited to, polymers, particles, nucleic acids, proteins, peptides and/or other molecules into cells, tissues, or organs.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
