Licensed Therapeutic Products definition

Licensed Therapeutic Products means Licensed Products with applications in drug delivery, human therapeutics, human prophylactics and research reagents used for the in vitro and in vivo delivery and/or uptake of any entity including, but not limited to, polymers, particles, nucleic acids, proteins, peptides and/or other molecules into cells, tissues, or organs.

  • The Company shall pay to the University within thirty (30) days after the last day of each calendar quarter during the term of the Agreement and the Post-termination Period an amount equal to [****] percent ([****]%) of Net Sales of all sales, leases, or dispositions of Licensed Therapeutic Products made by the Company and its Sublicensees during such quarter as a running royalty payment.
