Licensed Enzyme definition

Licensed Enzyme means the Option Enzyme licensed to RPAN upon exercise of the Option.
Licensed Enzyme means any Enzyme that is developed under this Agreement --------------- and then commercialized for use in a Project Field. The Licensed Enzyme and Project Field shall be designated on and listed in Appendix C attached thereto and made a part thereof.
Licensed Enzyme means any Enzyme which is used in Approved Fields and which is identified, discovered, or developed under this IE R&D Agreement and which is designated by the Board of Directors to be licensed under the LLC License and listed on Appendix F attached hereto, and encompassed within DIVERSA Patent Rights and listed on Appendix B-1 or B-2, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Examples of Licensed Enzyme in a sentence

  • Any damages or costs recovered in connection with any action filed by Acorda under this Section 7.1 which exceed Acorda’s out-of-pocket costs and expenses of litigation, shall be deemed to be Net Sales of Licensed Enzyme Products in the fiscal quarter received by Acorda.

  • In the event that LLC or DIVERSA receives a written notice of an allegation of possible patent infringement from a Third Party or determines that there is such possible infringement based on the use of an Enzyme, material or Licensed Enzyme, such Party shall, within thirty (30) days, notify the other Party in writing and provide an explanation of the circumstances.

Related to Licensed Enzyme

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Licensed System means, collectively:

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Licensed Know-How means any and all unpatented and/or non-patentable technical data, documents, materials, samples and other information and know‐how that is Controlled by LICENSOR or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or thereafter during the Term that relates to, or is otherwise reasonably necessary or reasonably useful for, the use, Development, manufacture, or Commercialization of the Product. Licensed Know-How shall not include Licensed Patents.
