License Payment definition

License Payment means a payment made to Chequered Ink Ltd. by the individual or company engaging in the Agreement with the intention of becoming eligible to use the Product.
License Payment means any payment made to Acquirer by a Licensee in exchange for a License under a License Agreement, whether structured as an up-front or installment payment or as a per Unit (or per Mobile Unit) royalty.
License Payment shall have the definition set forth in Section 3.1.

Examples of License Payment in a sentence

  • For subsequent Renewal Terms, if any, Licensee shall pay Department in accordance with the License Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B.

  • At such time, based on the reported Total Gross Revenue, performance of the License Operation, and/or Department’s existing rates for similarly-performing operations, Department may choose to increase the License Payment for the following Renewal Term(s), if any.

  • Failure on the part of Licensee to submit the required License Payment upon return of the Licensee-signed Agreement will result in the non-execution of the Agreement and the Agreement shall be considered null and void.

  • For the Renewal Term, if any, Licensee shall pay Department in accordance with the License Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B.

  • For the Initial Term of the Agreement, Licensee shall pay Department a minimum License Payment of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars upon return of the Licensee-signed Agreement as consideration for the license and privilege granted.


More Definitions of License Payment

License Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
License Payment means a down-payment or milestone payment received by Hormos or any of its Affiliates from a third party licensee in consideration of Hormos granting an exclusive license under all the Ospemifene Patents to such third party licensee to develop and commercialize Products.
License Payment means the annual payment provided by Licensee to Licensor for Licensee’s use of a Licensed Site.
