The "LICENSED SITE" clause defines the specific physical location or locations where the licensee is permitted to use the licensed materials, technology, or intellectual property. Typically, this clause will identify an address or facility, and may restrict use to only those premises, prohibiting transfer or use elsewhere without additional permissions. By clearly delineating the authorized site, this clause helps prevent unauthorized use or distribution, ensuring that the licensor maintains control over where and how their property is utilized.
LICENSED SITE. 2.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and in particular subject to the due fulfillment of all the obligations assumed towards CMRL by the Licensee, CMRL hereby grants and authorizes the Licensee to the following (the “Specified Purpose”):
a) To have access to Licensed Space(s) during the License Period, develop, finance, commission, operate, manage and maintain the Licensed Space(s) during the License Period at the cost and risk of the Licensee. Any development made by the Licensee on the Licensed Space(s) shall be deemed to be the property of CMRL and all the rights of the Licensee in the Licensed Space(s) shall relinquish in the favor of CMRL
2.1.2 Actual area shall be measured jointly at the time of providing access to the Licensed Site(s) / subject Site and in case there is any variation in the area, the License Fee shall be adjusted on pro-rata basis.
2.1.3 The licensee shall utilize the site for property development. The site cannot be left in its current condition nor can it be used as a parking facility.
LICENSED SITE. (s). The district and / or site(s) at which Customer is authorized to utilize Licensed Product, as specified on the applicable Exhibit.
LICENSED SITE. 4.1.1. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and in particular subject to the due fulfilment of all the obligations assumed towards SSCL by the Licensee, SSCL hereby grants and authorizes the Licensee to the following (the “Specified Purpose”):
a) To have access to licensed space(s) during the License Period, develop, finance, commission, operate, manage and maintain the licensed space(s) during the License Period at the cost and risk of the Licensee. Any development made by the Licensee on the Licensed Space(s) shall be deemed to be the property of SSCL and all the rights of the Licensee in the Licensed Space(s) shall be relinquished in the favor of SSCL.
4.1.2. The actual area of license space (Total Built-up Area) shall be decided based on the as-built drawing issued during the handover/takeover stage, and the decision of the Licensor shall stand final. The Licensee voluntarily and unequivocally agrees not to seek any claim compensation or any other consideration on this account. In case there is any variation between the total built-up area as mentioned in the bid document and the actual area of handover, the License Fee shall be adjusted on a pro-rata basis accordingly.
4.1.3. The Licensee, subject to complying with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall have the use of the Site during the License Period in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and limited for the purposes mentioned in Annexure - 1. The Licensee shall not use the site or the project facility for any other purpose. However, if the Licensee intends to utilise the licensed space for any other purpose other than what is mentioned in Annexure - 1 is subject to the approval of SSCL. Also, the licensee hereby accepts unconditionally and unequivocally that this shall not limit any liability or responsibility or be a cause to seek any penalty, damages or charges in any form or to seek extension of due dates for payments by the licensee.
4.1.4. The Licensee shall confine its operations to the Project Site. The Licensee shall take all necessary precautions to keep persons and equipment within such areas and to keep and prohibit them from encroaching, damaging or degrading or affecting adversely the neighbouring/SSCL/Licensor areas or otherwise causing any interference to the employees, representatives and agents of SSCL/Licensor & Neighbouring party.

For Evaluation, STAIRBIZ may not be used to process actual work, otherwise STAIRBIZ may only be used to process work which is substantially undertaken at the Licensed Site, and may only be used where the usual place of work of the user is the Licensed Site. You shall notify us of any change in the location of the Licensed Site.
LICENSED SITE. 6.1. For Evaluation, the Licensed Site is your permanent office or home address, otherwise it is the address prescribed in Schedule 1 (below). Where no address is prescribed in Schedule 1, it is the address shown in our most recent Invoice to you.
6.2. You shall notify us of any change in the location of the Licensed Site.
6.3. For Evaluation, STAIRBIZ may not be used to process actual work, otherwise STAIRBIZ may only be used to process work which is substantially undertaken at the Licensed Site, and may only be used where the usual place of work of the User is the Licensed Site, unless otherwise agree in writing.
6.4. You shall not use STAIRBIZ to process work on behalf of third parties without our prior written consent.
