License Appeal Committee definition

License Appeal Committee means the committee appointed to hear appeals as set out in Schedule C to this By-law;
License Appeal Committee means a three-member committee that consists of 1 senior Council member, 1 senior Township staff member and 1 Township resident that is appointed by Council.
License Appeal Committee means the committee authorized to hear license appeals as provided in Section 8.6 of this Agreement. Committee which shall consist of the following three members: the Vice Xxxxxxx for Research, an IAB member appointed by the Chairperson of the IAB Executive Committee, and a person jointly selected by the Vice Xxxxxxx for Research and the Chairperson of the IAB Executive Committee.

  • Joint Committee means the committee established under Article 19 [Joint Committee];

  • standards committee (“pwyllgor safonau”) means the standards committee of the county or county borough council which has functions in relation to the community council for which it is responsible under section 56(1) and (2) of the Local Government Act 2000.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Appeals Committee means a Committee or Tribunal duly appointed by by-law to conduct hearings under this by-law;

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Medical Advisory Committee means the Medical Advisory Committee established by the Board as required by the Public Hospitals Act;

  • Party committee means any committee organized by or authorized by the

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Joint Patent Committee or “JPC” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.3(a).

  • Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);

  • Joint Remediation Committee has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Technical Advisory Committee means the external committee to be established and appointed by the Steering Committee to provide technical input for decisions to be taken by the Steering Committee; and
