Licenced Premises definition

Licenced Premises means an establishment, which is referred to in a licence issued under this By-law.
Licenced Premises means any area for which a licence has been issued under provisions of the By-laws of any part;
Licenced Premises means the premises on which liquor may be sold under a licence;

Examples of Licenced Premises in a sentence

  • This includes any proposed NSD located in a noisy environment or near to a specific existing or reasonable foreseeable future noise generating source e.g. near to a busy road, railway line, noisy commercial/industrial premises including building services plant/equipment, Licenced Premises and general activities associated with the night time economy.

  • Information collected from or on Persons who breach the Terms of Admission may be shared between Match Venue Management, Contract Security staff, Police, Member Unions, World Rugby, SANZAAR and or Licenced Premises local to the Match Venue.

  • EXCLUDING COVER AT PUBLIC HOUSE/LICENCED PREMISESThe Company shall not be liable under this Insurance whilst the Insured Vehicle(s) is parked, kept on, adjacent to or within a radius of 400 metres of the residence or place of employment of the Insured which is declared as a Public House / Licenced Premises.


More Definitions of Licenced Premises

Licenced Premises means such premises in respect of which a licence has been paid for the trade that is being carried therein;
