Ground Transportation System definition

Ground Transportation System means the system of roadways, parking areas, curbs, and abutting sidewalks owned, operated, and regulated by the Commission.
Ground Transportation System means the system operated by City, either directly or through an independent contractor, and employed in the conveyance of passengers and employees solely within the boundaries of the Airport, including all vehicles, equipment, stations, maintenance areas, and rights-of-way of such system.

  • Fare collection at the Airports and at the Downtown Airports Terminal shall be the responsibility of the Authority and will be accomplished through the use of a separate contract issued by the Authority for ticketing services for the Washington Flyer Ground Transportation System.
