Legal Aid Fund definition

Legal Aid Fund means the Legal Aid Fund of Western Australia established under section 52 of the Legal Aid Commission Act 1976; and
Legal Aid Fund and “Legal Aid Commission” shall mean the fund and the commission referred to in section 1 of the Church of England (Legal Aid) Measure 1994(b);
Legal Aid Fund means the Fund maintained by the Legal Questions Committee in terms of the Legal Aid in Disciplinary Proceedings Regulations (Regulations X 2018).

Legal Aid Fund means the fund established by the board in accord- ance with s.6 of the Act.
