Filing Fee. The Company agrees to pay the required Commission filing fees relating to the Securities within the time required by Rule 456(b)(1)(i) under the Securities Act, without regard to the proviso therein, and otherwise in accordance with Rules 456(b) and 457(r) under the Securities Act, and in any event prior to the Closing Date.
Filing Fee. The Company has paid the fees required by the SEC relating to the Shares calculated in accordance with Rule 457 under the Securities Act.
Filing Fee. As a means of defraying its costs and expenses, the Committee may institute and require that a reasonable filing and review fee ("REVIEW FEE") accompany an Application. The initial schedule of Review Fees is set forth in the following schedule:
Filing Fee. A utility or utilities filing a petition under this section shall pay to the Public Utilities Commission at the time of filing an amount equal to 2/100 of 1% of the estimated cost of the contract or agreement. The utility or utilities, at or before the time of filing of notice of its intent to file the petition, may request the commission to waive all or a portion of the filing fee as unnecessary to help defray the cost of review. The commission shall rule on the request for waiver within 60 days. Notwithstanding this Title, filing fees paid as required in this subsection must be segregated, apportioned and expended by the commission for the purposes of this section. Any portion of the filing fee that is received from a utility or utilities and is not expended by the commission to process the petition for a certificate of public convenience and necessity must be returned to the utility or utilities. Filing Fee. The written protest must be accompanied by a filing fee in the form of a money order or cashier’s check payable to the city in an amount equal to one percent of the amount of the Bid or proposed Contract, or $5000.00, whichever is less, which filing fee shall guarantee the payment of all costs which may be adjudged against the protestor in any administrative or court proceeding. If a protest is upheld by the Chief Procurement Officer and/or the City Commission, as applicable, the filing fee shall be refunded to the protestor less any costs assessed under subsection (e) above. If the protest is denied, the filing fee shall be forfeited to the city in lieu of payment of costs for the administrative proceedings as prescribed by subsection (e) above.
Filing Fee. The Corporation will, within the deadlines specified by the Securities Act, make all required filing fee payments in respect of any Registration Statement or Prospectus used under this Agreement (and any offering covered thereby).
Filing Fee. To the extent the filing fee for the arbitration exceeds the cost of filing a lawsuit, Ai- Media will pay the additional cost. If the arbitrator finds the arbitration to be non- frivolous, Ai-Media will pay all of the actual filing and arbitrator fees for the arbitration, provided your claim does not seek more than US$75,000. Both Ai-Media and you hereby agree that the arbitrator shall have the power to award any remedies available under applicable law, and that the arbitrator shall award attorneys’ fees and costs to the prevailing party, except as prohibited by law. Both Ai-Media and you hereby understand that, absent this mandatory provision, they would have the right to xxx in court and have a jury trial. Ai-Media and you each further understand that, in some instances, the costs of arbitration could exceed the costs of litigation and the right to discovery may be more limited in arbitration than in court. Whether or not you are a resident of the United States, arbitration shall be initiated and conducted in the State of Delaware, unless you and Ai-Media agree otherwise, and you and Ai-Media agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of any federal or state court the State of Delaware in order to compel arbitration, to stay proceedings pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate, or enter judgment on the award entered by the arbitrator. While Ai-Media will not take any retaliatory action in response to any exercise of rights you may have under Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act, if any, Ai-Media shall not be precluded from moving to enforce its rights under the Federal Arbitration Act to compel arbitration on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Filing Fee. To initiate arbitration, the Employee is required to pay $150.00, payable to SAIC. If the Employee is unable to afford the filing fee, the Employee may submit a sworn statement, in lieu of the fee, which includes an explanation why Employee is unable to pay the fee. * ln addition, SAIC will pay all other fees, costs and expenses of the arbitrator and AAA for administrating the arbitration (see page 12 of the Guide).
Filing Fee. The Law Firm hereby acknowledges that the Trust requires payment of a filing fee, currently in the amount of $20.002 (the “Filing Fee”) upon submission of each Claim, with such Filing Fee to be refunded in the event of an initial distribution on account of such Claim. By filing a Claim, the Law Firm agrees to submit payment of the Filing Fee on account of such Claim in a timely fashion.
Filing Fee. A fee of Twenty-five and No/100 Dollars ($25.00) has been paid to the Licensor prior to issuance of this License.
