Lease Facility definition

Lease Facility means a lease facility appearing under the sub-heading “Operating Lease” in Schedule 3.
Lease Facility shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1(a). "LEASES" shall mean all of those leasehold estates in real property now owned or hereafter acquired by Aladdin Gaming, as lessee. "LEASE TERM" shall mean the Basic Lease Term and all available Renewal Lease Terms. "LESSEE" shall have the meaning assigned to it in the first paragraph of the Master Lease Agreement. "LESSOR" shall have the meaning given to it in the first paragraph of the Master Lease Agreement. "LIBOR RATE FUNDING" shall mean any Funding as to which the interest rate is calculated by reference to 30-Day LIBOR or 90- Day LIBOR. "LIBOR RESERVE PERCENTAGE" means, relative to any Interest Period, the reserve percentage (expressed as a decimal) equal to the maximum aggregate reserve requirements (including all basic, emergency, supplemental, marginal and other reserves and taking into account any transitional adjustments or other scheduled changes in reserve requirements) specified under regulations issued from time to time by the F.R.S. Board and then applicable to assets or liabilities consisting of or including "Eurocurrency Liabilities", as currently defined in Regulation D of the F.R.S. Board, having a term approximately equal or comparable to such Interest Period.
Lease Facility shall refer to the transactions contemplated by the Operative Documents.
