Knowledge of the Acquired Companies definition

Knowledge of the Acquired Companies means Knowledge of the following individuals about the affairs of the Company: Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx.
Knowledge of the Acquired Companies. “to the Acquired Companies’ Knowledge,” or any similar phrase means, with respect to any fact, event or other matter in question, the knowledge of each Seller, in each case, including any knowledge that any such Person would have obtained after reasonable inquiry thereof.

Knowledge of the Acquired Companies means the actual knowledge of each of the individuals identified in Part 1.1 of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
