Examples of Knowledge of the Acquired Companies in a sentence
No insurer has (a) questioned, denied or disputed (or otherwise reserved its rights with respect to) the coverage of any claim pending under any insurance policy or (b) to the Knowledge of the Acquired Companies, has threatened to cancel any insurance policy.
To the Knowledge of the Acquired Companies, except as set forth on Schedule 3.27, the computer systems of the Acquired Companies (including without limitation all software, hardware, workstations and related components, and, specifically, the telephone switch, personal computers and LAN owned or used by the Acquired Companies) are Year 2000 Compliant or will be Year 2000 Compliant by December 31, 1999.
All Company Registered Intellectual Property is subsisting and, to the Knowledge of the Acquired Companies, all Company Registered Intellectual Property is valid and enforceable.
To the Knowledge of the Acquired Companies, there is no potentially interfering trademark or trademark application of any third party.
Except as set forth in Schedule 3.17(b), each Contract identified or required to be identified in Schedule 3.17(a) is in full force and effect and, to the Knowledge of the Acquired Companies, is valid and enforceable in accordance with its terms.
