Japan Business definition

Japan Business has the meaning set forth in Section 8.13.
Japan Business means the current business of the Group Companies relating to Japan, currently consisting of the operations of Target’s Subsidiary Sky Solar Japan K.K.., a joint stock company incorporated under the Laws of Japan (“Sky Solar Japan”).
