Investor Equity Contribution definition

Investor Equity Contribution means $150 million less the aggregate principal amount of the Additional Tendered Notes (which amount shall not be less than zero).
Investor Equity Contribution means a contribution of an aggregate amount of not less than $130,400,000 in cash to Holdings as common equity.
