Stock Acquisition Date definition
Stock Acquisition Date means the first date of public announcement (which, for purposes of this definition, shall include, without limitation, a report filed pursuant to Section 13(d) under the Exchange Act) by the Company or an Acquiring Person that an Acquiring Person has become such.
Stock Acquisition Date means the date of the first public announcement (which, for purposes of this definition, includes the filing of a report pursuant to section 101 of the Securities Act or section 13(d) of the U.S. Exchange Act) by the Corporation or an Acquiring Person of facts indicating that a Person has become an Acquiring Person;
Stock Acquisition Date means the earlier of (i) the first date of public announcement by the Company or a Person that an Acquiring Person has become an Acquiring Person, or (ii) the date on which the Company first has notice, direct or indirect, or otherwise determines that a Person has become an Acquiring Person.

The Company covenants and agrees that after the earlier of the Stock Acquisition Date or Distribution Date it will not, except as permitted by Section 23, Section 26 or Section 27, take (or permit any Subsidiary to take) any action if at the time such action is taken it is reasonably foreseeable that such action will substantially diminish or otherwise eliminate the benefits intended to be afforded by the Rights.

Stock Acquisition Date means the first date of public announcement by the Company that an Acquiring Person has become such.

Stock Acquisition Date means the first date of public announcement by the Company (by any means) that an Acquiring Person has become such.
Stock Acquisition Date means the first date (including, without limitation, any such date which is on or after the date of this Agreement and prior to the issuance of the Rights) of public disclosure by the Company, an Acquiring Person or otherwise that a Person has become an Acquiring Person.
Stock Acquisition Date means the date of the first public announcement (which for purposes of this definition shall include, without limitation, the issuance of a press release or the filing of a publicly-available report or other document with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any other governmental agency) by the Company, acting pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company, or an Acquiring Person that an Acquiring Person has become such.
Stock Acquisition Date means the first date of public announcement or disclosure by the Corporation or an Acquiring Person of facts indicating that a Person has become an Acquiring Person which for the purposes of this definition shall include, without limitation, a report filed pursuant to Part 5 of NI 62-104, Section 4.5 of National Instrument 62-103 – The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues or Section 13(d) of the 1934 Exchange Act announcing or disclosing such information;
