Equity Contribution has the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals to this Agreement.

Examples of Equity Contribution in a sentence
Prepayment will be made on the Obligations in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100.0%) of the Net Cash Proceeds from any Specified Equity Contribution on the Business Day following receipt thereof.
