  • Shareholder Data means all information maintained on the records database of Transfer Agent concerning Shareholders.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Investor Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Personal Data.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of computer data or any other form that is held by a service provider relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic or content data, by which can be established:

  • Shareholder Materials means the Fund’s prospectus, statement of additional information and any other materials relating to the Fund provided to Fund shareholders by the Fund.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Noteholder or Holder The Person in whose name a Note is registered in the Note Register, except that, any Note registered in the name of the Depositor, the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee or any Affiliate of any of them shall be deemed not to be outstanding and the registered holder will not be considered a Noteholder for purposes of giving any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent or waiver under the Indenture or the Trust Agreement; provided, that in determining whether the Indenture Trustee shall be protected in relying upon any such request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent or waiver, only Notes that the Indenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee knows to be so owned shall be so disregarded.   • Purchaser Confidential Information means all confidential or proprietary documents and information concerning the Purchaser or any of its Representatives; provided, however, that Purchaser Confidential Information shall not include any information which, (i) at the time of disclosure by the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, is generally available publicly and was not disclosed in breach of this Agreement or (ii) at the time of the disclosure by the Purchaser or its Representatives to the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, was previously known by such receiving party without violation of Law or any confidentiality obligation by the Person receiving such Purchaser Confidential Information. For the avoidance of doubt, from and after the Closing, Purchaser Confidential Information will include the confidential or proprietary information of the Target Companies.

  • Investors means the Initial Investors and any transferee or assignee who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 hereof.

  • Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the Transmission System in the PJM Region, and specified for submission to the PJM Interchange Energy Market for such purposes by the Office of the Interconnection.

  • Investor Group means the Sponsor and its affiliates, successors and assigns.

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Exchange Access is As Defined in the Act.

  • Nonpublic school means any school, church, or religious organization, or home school wherein a resident of Minnesota may legally fulfill the compulsory instruction requirements of Minn.
