Investment Return Rate definition

Investment Return Rate. For a 1NC1 Loan only, the “Investment Return Rate” means the LIBOR Rate plus 125 basis points (1.25%) per annum. For a 2NC1 Loan only, the “Investment Return Rate” means the LIBOR Rate plus 125 basis points (1.25%) per annum.
Investment Return Rate means a percentage of total return on an asset.
Investment Return Rate. The number of basis points referenced in the definition of “Investment Return Rate” in Section 1 of the Agreement is 225 basis points (2.25%) for each Purchased Loan.

More Definitions of Investment Return Rate

Investment Return Rate means the rate credited on Accounts in accordance with the Administrative Procedures.
Investment Return Rate means the LIBOR Rate (but in no event less than 1.50% per annum) plus the number of basis points specified in Annex 1.
Investment Return Rate. For a Type 1 Nonconforming Loan only, the “Investment Return Rate” means the LIBOR Rate plus 200 basis points (2.00%) per annum.
