Intel Interface definition

Intel Interface means a proprietary bus or other data path first introduced by Intel that (a) is capable of transmitting and/or receiving information inside an Integrated Circuit or between two or more Integrated Circuits, together with the set of protocols defining the electrical, physical, timing and functional characteristics, sequences and control procedures of such bus or data path; and (b) Intel has not granted a license to or committed to grant a license to through participation in a formal or informal Standard Industry Group or other standard setting body; and (c) Intel has not publicly disclosed with no obligation of confidentiality.

Intel Interface means a proprietary bus or other data path first introduced by Intel or an Intel Subsidiary in a generally commercially available product, or a proprietary bus or other data path first designed or developed by or for Intel and first introduced by a third Person specifically licensed by Intel to such bus or data path in a generally commercially available product (a) that is capable of transmitting and/or receiving information within an Integrated Circuit or between two or more Integrated Circuits, together with the set of protocols defining the signaling (such as without limitation by electrical, optical, and/or other detectable emission or energy signatures), physical, timing and functional characteristics, sequences and control procedures of such bus or data path; and (b) to which neither Intel nor any Intel Subsidiary (during any time such Intel Subsidiary has met the requirements of being a Subsidiary) has granted a license or committed to grant a license to through its participation in a government sponsored, industry sponsored, or contractually formed group or any similar organization that is dedicated to creating publicly available standards or specifications; and (c) which neither Intel nor any Intel Subsidiary (during any time such Intel Subsidiary has met the requirements of being a Subsidiary) has publicly disclosed without an obligation of confidentiality.

Related to Intel Interface

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • online interface means any software, including a website, part of a website or an application, that is operated by or on behalf of an economic operator, and which serves to give end users access to the economic operator's products;

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • CTS Enabled Interface means an interface between the PJM Control Area and an adjacent Control Area at which the Office of the Interconnection has authorized the use of Coordinated Transaction Scheduling (“CTS”). The CTS Enabled Interfaces between the PJM Control Area and the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. Control Area shall be designated in Schedule A to the Joint Operating Agreement Among and Between New York Independent System Operator Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM Rate Schedule FERC No. 45). The CTS Enabled Interfaces between the PJM Control Area and the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. shall be designated consistent with Attachment 3, section 2 of the Joint Operating Agreement between Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. CTS Interface Bid: “CTS Interface Bid” shall mean a unified real-time bid to simultaneously purchase and sell energy on either side of a CTS Enabled Interface in accordance with the procedures of Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.13, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix.   • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Local Interconnection Trunks/Trunk Groups means the trunks that are used for the termination of Local Exchange Traffic, pursuant to iconectiv Technical Reference GR 317-CORE.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:

  • SAP Technology Solution(s means SAP NetWeaver Foundation for Third Party Applications, SAP Business Technology Platform (excluding when used solely as a Connectivity App between an SAP Application and ERP), SAP Signavio Solutions and SAP Process Insights (including any renamed, prior and/or successor versions of any of the foregoing made generally available by SAP if any but excluding when any of the foregoing are used as a User Interface for ERP.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.
