Inspection means activities such as measuring, examining, testing, gauging one or more characteristics of the product or service and comparing the same with the specified requirement to determine conformity.
Inspect means the ability to review and copy a CIF to the same extent as any other document contained in a court file.
Inspecting Architect means the architect, if any, hired by Lessor to perform inspections of the premises. An Inspecting Architect may only be engaged by Lessor in the event of a default relating to construction of the Improvements under the Development Financing Documents.
Final Inspection means the last or final visit for the purpose of survey or inspection, usually carried out on safety equipment items and functional trials in an initial survey or a periodical survey for a vessel;
the Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware or software, materials, goods and vehicles and associated services necessarily required for the implementation of the Services, which the Supplier cannot reasonably be expected to provide, which are financed or provided by DFID for use by the Supplier.
The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.
Inspecting Authority means the authorised representative of the Department to act as Inspecting Authority for the purpose of this contract and for the purpose of ascertaining the progress of the deliveries under the contract.
Environmentally Sensitive Material means oil, oil products and any other substance (including any chemical, gas or other hazardous or noxious substance) which is (or is capable of being or becoming) polluting, toxic or hazardous;
Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of
Examination means an inquiry into a specific element of or process related to bills for services performed under this Agreement. Either party (the “Requesting Party”) may perform one (1) Audit per twelve (12) month period commencing with the Effective Date, with the assistance of the other Party, which will not be unreasonably withheld. The Audit period will include no more than the preceding twelve (12) month period as of the date of the Audit request. The Requesting Party may perform Examinations, as it deems necessary, with the assistance of the other Party, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
The Equipment/Product means all the hardware, it’s all components, associated software/firmware/operating software which the Vendor is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract.
Inspection Period as used herein, shall mean the period ending at 5:00 p.m. Boston time on the date which is thirty (30) days after the date of this Agreement. Buyer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, by giving written notice of such election to Seller on any day prior to and including the final day of the Inspection Period, in which event the Initial Deposit shall be returned forthwith to Buyer and, except as expressly set forth herein, neither party shall have any further liability or obligation to the other hereunder. In the absence of such written notice, the contingency provided for in this Section 6.02 shall no longer be applicable, Buyer shall be deemed to have waived its right to terminate under this Section 6.02, and this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Installation inspector means a person who, by reason of his knowledge of the physical sciences and the principles of engineering, acquired by a professional education and related practical experience, is qualified to supervise the installation of tank systems.
Adulterated Specimen means a specimen that contains a substance that is not expected to be present in human urine, or contains a substance expected to be present but is at a concentration so high that it is not consistent with human urine.
Onsite means within the Prescribed Premises boundary.
Home inspection means the on-site, physical review of the home of an applicant to assure the applicant and the home meets all health and safety requirements within these rules.
Environmentally sensitive area means any area in which plant or animal life or their habitats are either rare or especially valuable because of their special nature or role in an ecosystem and which could be easily disturbed or degraded by human activities and developments.
Certified inspector means an employee or agent of a VESCP authority who (i) holds a certificate of competence from the Board in the area of project inspection or (ii) is enrolled in the Board's training program for project inspection and successfully completes such program within one year after enrollment.
Inspecting Officer means any officer as mentioned below corresponding to different departments:
Business Records means all files, documents, instruments, papers, books, reports, records, tapes, microfilms, photographs, letters, ledgers, journals, financial statements, technical documentation (design specifications, functional requirements, operating instructions, logic manuals, flow charts, etc.), user documentation (installation guides, user manuals, training materials, release notes, working papers, etc.), Tax Returns, other Tax work papers and files and other documents in whatever form, physical, electronic or otherwise.
Building Inspector means a person licensed to carry out completed residential building inspections under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulations 2003;
Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
Interior means the spaces, parts, components or elements of an individual dwelling unit.
The Inspecting Officer means the person, firm or department nominated by the Purchaser to inspect the stores on his behalf and the Deputies of the Inspecting Officer so nominated.
