Adulterated Specimen definition

Adulterated Specimen means a specimen that contains a substance that is not expected to be present in oral fluid, or contains a substance expected to be present but is at a concentration so high that it is not consistent with oral fluid.
Adulterated Specimen means a urine Specimen containing a substance that is not a normal constituent or containing any endogenous substance at a concentration that is not a normal physiological concentration.
Adulterated Specimen means that the urine specimen contains a substance that is not expected to be present in human urine, or contains a substance that is expected to be present but is at a concentration so high that it is not consistent with human urine.
