Initial Inspection Period definition

Initial Inspection Period. The period beginning on the Date of Agreement and ending on January 31, 2013.
Initial Inspection Period means the period commencing on July 18, 1997 and ending at 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on the Firm Date.
Initial Inspection Period means the period expiring at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on March 17, 2003.

  • If Grantor provides written notice (the “Inspection Notice”) of any New Light Pole construction deficiencies to Grantee within the Initial Inspection Period, Grantee shall promptly commence any repairs and/or remedial work to the New Light Pole as necessary to correct the deficiencies described therein.

Related to Initial Inspection Period

  • Initial inspection means the first on-site inspection of facilities to verify declarations submitted pursuant to Articles III, IV, V and VI and this Annex.

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.

  • Initial compliance period means the first full three-year compliance period which begins at least 18 months after promulgation, except for the following contaminants: Dichloromethane; 1,2,4-Trichlorobenzene; 1,1,2- Trichloroethane; Benzo[a]pyrene; Dalapon; Di(2-ethylhexyl adipate; Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate; Dinoseb; Diquat; Endothall; Endrin; Glyphosate; Hexachlorobenzene; Hexachlorocyclopentadiene; Oxamyl (Vydate); Picloram; Simazine; 2,3,7,8-TCDD (Dioxin); Antimony; Beryllium; Cyanide; Nickel; and Thallium, initial compliance period means the first full three-year compliance period after promulgation for systems with 150 or more service connections (January 1993 -December 1995) and first full three-year compliance period after the effective date of regulation (January 1996 - December 1998) for systems having fewer than 150 service connections.

  • Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.

  • Commencement Date or Handover Date means the date on which the Licensed Space of first lot of stations as per Annexure 1 is handed over by DMRC to the Selected Bidder, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

  • Title Review Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Inspection Fee means a fee payable to Lender or Loan Servicer for performing any inspection required by this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $500.00 per inspection.
