Individual Lobbyist definition

Individual Lobbyist means one who personally engages in Direct or Grassroots Lobbying. (j) Lobby Day means select days used by organizations, often annual, when lay members of an organization meet with Public Officials at various levels to advocate on issues relevant to the organization.   • A person is not required to be identified as an Individual Lobbyist solely by being included as a contact person on a Client’s Grassroots Lobbying Communication on Client letterhead.
