Individual Educational Plan definition

Individual Educational Plan or “IEP” means a detailed description of the instruction and services a student with disabilities needs in order to receive a meaningful education. The document describes the specific special education that a Child or Youth will receive. "Individual Support Plan" or "ISP" is the written plan that authorizes and identifies the DDA paid services necessary to meet a client's assessed needs.
